TBQB is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contractor serving the Tampa Bay area. Our building projects consist of single family and multifamily residences. Most often, we work directly with clients from lot identification and permitting through move in. We offer a 2-10 Home Warranty with every new home built. And, we pre-wire every home for security systems, and include a Ring doorbell and USB outlets to charge all your devices.

Waterfront Construction

TBQB has extensive experience in waterfront and flood zone construction. Our professionally trained staff is expertly skilled in residential and commercial waterfront seawall construction; along with building quality swimming pools & spas, boat & Jet-ski lifts, and docks & decks. Our philosophy is to provide aesthetically pleasing, safe, and economical construction solutions using quality materials and products.

TBQB builds a number of quality homes each year that are made available to buyers who want to take immediate possession. The sites are carefully selected in coveted neighborhoods. And, the homes are designed and built with a high level of quality construction, care and attention to design detail that maintains and elevates Tampa’s latest home trends. Depending on the level of completion, some homes may be semi-customized.
